SLOW Food local branches – called convivia – are at the heart of Slow Food in Australia and throughout the world. Led by volunteers, a convivium promotes Slow Food in the local community. You can enjoy educational events that foster food sustainability and diversity, and connect farmers, cooks, teachers, students and all people who care about food and the world.
